  • I would like to book a transfer, but how?

    Use our online booking system or contact us by phone. Our friendly team is available to you via our hotline.

  • Do I need a credit card when booking?

    No - payment only takes place directly with the driver when the transfer begins.

  • How and where can I find or recognize my driver?

    Our drivers will be waiting for you with a name tag. When you are picked up from your accommodation, our staff will be waiting for you at the reception.

  • What if I am not picked up?

    Our company and our drivers also value punctuality and reliability. If, due to an exceptional situation, you are not picked up, please contact us immediately via our telephone hotline. We will then take care of your request quickly.

  • Can I also book a transfer from Munich Airport and if so, how?

    Yes. Use our online booking system and select Munich Airport or contact us personally via our hotline.

  • Is it possible to book transfers from another airport?

    We would be happy to pick you up from other airports in the area. To book, please use our online price request form or contact us by phone.

  • My travel destination is not on the list. Can you take me there anyway?

    You can also use the online price request form to book transfers to and from locations not listed. We bring you reliably to your desired destination.

  • How can I contact my driver before the transfer?

    You can reach us at any time via our telephone hotline or send us an email. You will be helped immediately with your request.
